yes, i like new-gen Sonic. i never really got too many chances to play the Sonic the Hedgehog games of olden times, so i was basically introduced to the characters and stuff of the Sonic series right around the time new-gen Sonic came around.

I personally like to think of oldschool as young sonic, and he just grew up. When he grew up, he became newschool Sonic.
